More than 100,000 older adults will participate with activities at thousands of locations throughout the country to celebrate National Senior Health and Fitness Day. The common goal for this day: to help keep older Americans healthy and fit.
National Senior Health and Fitness Day is the nation’s largest annual health promotion event for older adults. Join the Fitness Division at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park for a walk along the trails followed by snacks and refreshments.
