Katie has built CR Conversations to be known as the experts in communication, follow-up and customer retention. Her company philosophy is to end the transactions in businesses and to build long lasting, loyal relationships between company and consumer. Katie started CR Conversations in 2013 and gained experience in communication and customer retention through her insurance background of 6 years. Katie bases her work and company values on the statistic that 68% of customers that leave, leave because they never felt appreciated and is out to change that statistic through training communication skills, follow-up strategies and customer retention plans.
