If you would like to add an event to the VisitCastleRock.org calendar, please navigate to our calendar page and select the green “+Post Your Event” option on the top right corner of the calendar.
All Events must be held at a PUBLIC VENUE to be included on this calendar and must be located within DOUGLAS COUNTY.
Event Guidelines are as follows:
1. This Community Calendar is designed for non-profit organizations, local businesses and government entities to publicize events that may be of interest to the community.
2. This Community Calendar is not to be used for profit making ventures for home based businesses and advertisement of products of any type will not be allowed.
3. Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce staff reserves the right to edit and select what information will be included in any event posting, and which events will be posted.
4. Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce staff reserves the right to reject any events deemed inappropriate or not serving the public interest of the community.
5. Please include all pertinent information including photos, web links, phone numbers and all event details. Please remember to select all applicable categories to increase users search ability.
Thank You for sharing your events on our community calendar! Please only post your events once, if you have a correction or the event is canceled, please email changes to the website admin at mmares@castlerock.org.
Fill out the necessary details of your event then “submit event” for approval.
If you already have permission to post an event on the calendar,
your event will be posted automatically. If you do not have permission
from the admin, your event will be sent our admin for approval.
