Harvest Day

This year’s Harvest Day will be on Saturday, September 27th, from 10 AM–2 PM at CALF’s Lowell Ranch in Castle Rock. It’s our largest community event of the year, drawing nearly 1,000 attendees, and is focused on connecting families with agriculture through hands-on education and fun fall activities like pumpkin picking, hayrides, and apple cider pressing.

CALF’s Lowell Ranch is a working ranch and education center dedicated to our mission of Connecting All People to Agriculture. Each year, we serve more than 3,000 students with hands-on field trips, support 7–12 youth raising livestock on the ranch, and engage 400+ volunteers who help us donate thousands of pounds of food to local food banks. Harvest Day is one way we open the ranch to the community and invite families to experience agriculture firsthand.
