Sunday Salmon – Fundraising Dinner

You are invited to join us on September 6, 2025 for our fundraising dinner.

Our building is being torn down. The timeline is unclear — anywhere from this October to next May — but we can’t risk waiting until it happens. We’re raising $25,000 to fund a mobile food trailer, ensuring that our meal service never misses a week, and opening the door for so much more impact than we ever imagined.

This isn’t just about keeping the meals going. The trailer allows us to meet our neighbors where they are and create community around a shared table.

Planned pop-up locations include:
• Unity on Park — serving Wellspring’s IDD adults and low-income neighbors
• Meadowmark, Oakwood, and Auburn Ridge senior apartments
• Castle Rock VA Clinic
• Castle Rock’s new downtown homeschool co-op — providing school lunches
