Free Weekly Yoga for Parents/Caregivers of People with Special Needs
Join Us for Free Weekly Yoga!
This welcoming Flow class is built for parents and caregivers of children, youth, and adults with special health care needs–who rarely get time for themselves. Through mindful movement paired with breath, you’ll release stress, build flexibility & strength, and cultivate a sense of calm you can carry home.
Each class offers options for both ease and challenge—so whether you’re looking for a slow, grounding practice or want to build a little heat and strength, you can choose the variations that feel right for your body. You’re always encouraged to take what you need and leave the rest, with no pressure to push beyond your comfort level.
Our hope is that you leave feeling centered, refreshed, and connected—both to yourself and to a community of parents who understand the unique demands of care-giving.
