Natural Douglas County Photo Contest

The Natural Douglas County note cards are high quality color cards sold as a fundraiser for the non-profit Douglas Land Conservancy. Select photographs may be enlarged, matted, framed, and auctioned at an event as a fundraiser for DLC. Photographers will receive acknowledgment for any use of their work. Photographs and photographers will be recognized at an upcoming event.

To ensure eligibility for the contest, please submit files no larger than 20MB at the time of entry. Higher resolution files will be requested should an entry be selected as a winner. All photographs should accurately reflect the subject matter and the scene as it appeared. Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization (removal of dust, cropping, reasonable adjustments to exposure, color and contrast, etc.) will be disqualified.
Entries must be submitted electronically in a .JPEG .jpg, or.png form and will be accepted via e-mail or mail on a flash drive or cd. You may submit multiple photographs. All entries must be landscape orientation and full color.
Entries should include metadata if at all possible. Caption information should include:
Location (ex: South Douglas County or Columbine Open Space, etc.)City

Title, Photographer’s name and contact information

A release form is required with submitted photos (one form per person).
